Consomme is a type of clear soup or stock made mostly from ground meat such as chicken or beef. The key to making a good consomme is by simmering but not boiling because it will cuddle up the soup. According to wikipedia, consomme have been since the Middle Ages. Imagine how long consomme have been in the culinary world.

It's been a while. Thinking of where to have dinner with my colleague and this outlet has open for almost 2 months. I love the concept so much. It was like marche @ the curve only the food are surprisingly affordable. The concept are where you bring your guest card around to their either grill, seafood, local, dim sum or beverages counter to place your order. They will scan your guest card and send the food to your table. And also its an open concept.
